Who We Are?

Owned and operated by Rachel Vinson, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, REALTOR, and nurse with over 15 years of combined experience. We work a vast network of senior living communities, attorneys, senior advisors, moving services, junk removal services, and other specialists.

What We Do

How We Do

We understand there are many things to consider when making major transitions, and we have done alot of the work already. This us to expedite and ease your transition, as weve already handled the research, logistics, and details so that you don't need to! Using a client-centric approach, we create a custom plan based on your wants, needs, and goals.

We are here to help you every step of the way, from planning your transition, retirement, relocation, cleaning, decluttering, organizing & packing, staging, listing & selling your home. However, many services are available individually. If you decide to list your home with Rachel, some services may be provided at a discount, with no up-front cost. For example: service fees may be deducted from net proceeds, as per terms of negotiable contract. Please note: In Ohio, REALTOR ® commission is always negotiable between parties of the contract.
